OUR PROCESSES

Washed coffees: Washed coffee is the most common process and therefore known as traditional washing. During this process, the cherry is first completely removed before the coffee is put to dry; this is something that reduces the risk of uncontrolled fermentation.
Natural process: Natural or dry-processed coffees are dried with the cherry still attached. In both cases, a sweet, fruity profile is expected, with a better body.

HARTMANN RESERVE fue pensada para el cafe de mas alta calidad. cafés de competencia de barismo, filtrado, etc. el tope de gama del mercado y el concepto de la marca esta basado en la antigua cultura autóctona de la zona la cultura de barriles los indigenas pre coloniales, con este concepto queremos crear conciencia de esta cultura y lo importante que fue en esta zona.
